To address specific challenges in document creation, Ogletree Deakins partnered with Mind-Alliance Systems and VT Netzwelt to conduct an in-depth analysis of their existing workflows. The analysis focused on three critical areas: process automation, user interface design, and scalability and security. By implementing process automation, the aim was to reduce manual tasks significantly, improving efficiency and turnaround times. Alongside this, a user-friendly interface was developed to guide users through the document creation process with minimal need for specialized legal expertise, thus enhancing accessibility.
Given the platform’s growing user base, scalability and security were prioritized to ensure that the solution could handle increased demand without compromising data integrity. Based on these findings, a custom-built, web-based application using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) was chosen as the most suitable solution. This technology stack offers the flexibility, performance, and robust security required to support Ogletree Deakins’ evolving needs, making it an ideal foundation for an efficient, scalable document management system.
