About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Associate Full Stack Developer with strong knowledge of MERN to join our team. The role offers an opportunity to work on scalable web applications while learning and growing in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Node.js / Nest.js (backend) and React.js / Next.js (frontend).

• Design and implement database schemas, queries, and optimizations for efficient data handling.

• Integrate APIs and ensure smooth communication between front-end and back-end.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 9 months to 1.5 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack.

• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).

• Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), Typescript and RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

• Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with state management libraries like Redux.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
