Position Summary

We are seeking an Intern Software Engineer (GenAI) with 0 - 1 year of hands-on experience to join our dynamic AI team. This role is an excellent opportunity for candidates passionate about building and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions, especially those with a solid foundation in Python and exposure to Generative AI technologies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and maintain generative AI models for various applications (e.g., text, images, code generation).

• Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists to implement Gen AI algorithms and pipelines.

• Design, write, and optimize Python code for model development, data preprocessing, and deployment tasks.

• Integrate and utilize popular Gen AI frameworks and APIs such as OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar.

• Complete proof-of-concept projects and assist in scaling them to production environments.

• Document code, models, and project processes clearly and consistently.

• Conduct research on emerging Gen AI techniques and share insights with the team.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
  0 months-1 year of experience in software development or Gen AI roles.

• Proficient in Python, with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and optimized code.

• Hands-on exposure to Generative AI frameworks or APIs (e.g., working with LLMs, diffusion models, transformer architectures).

• Familiarity with prompt engineering or model fine-tuning.

• Basic understanding of software version control (e.g., Git).

Desired Skills:

• Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployments.

• Understanding of data pipeline development and ML model lifecycle.

• Knowledge of REST APIs.

• Good communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.

• Enthusiasm for exploring novel AI solutions and self-driven learning.
