About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Data Entry Executive to manage daily accounting operations, data entries, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate must have experience with Zoho and a strong understanding of TDS, GST, Income Tax, EPF, ESI, Softex, and GST Refund processes.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Data Management

• Perform accurate data entry for invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and financial records.

• Maintain and update accounting data in Zoho (Books/Inventory/CRM).

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.

Statutory Compliance

• Preparation of data for TDS Returns

• Manage GST entries and assist with monthly GST returns.

• Assist in Softex related entries and documentation

• GST Refund - Working Files preparation

General Accounting Support

• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years in accounting, data entry, or a similar role.

• Tools: Hands-on experience with Zoho (mandatory).

• Knowledge of: TDS, GST, Income Tax, EPF, ESI, Softex, GST Refund, and basic accounting principles.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Ability to manage statutory timelines and compliance schedules.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with numerical data.
