Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Full Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN stack and a high proficiency in Flutter for mobile application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining both our web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless integration between the two. You will play a key role in developing our cross-platform mobile presence while also contributing to our robust backend services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter.

• Design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable server-side APIs using Node.js and Express.js to support both web and mobile clients.

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to create a cohesive and feature-rich user experience.

• Integrate mobile applications with backend services and manage data flow.

• Design and manage MongoDB database schemas and data models.

• Contribute to the entire application lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, deployment, and support.

• Assist in maintaining and improving our CI/CD pipelines for both web and mobile deployments.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development.

• At least 1 year of dedicated, hands-on experience developing and deploying mobile applications with Flutter.

• Solid professional experience with Node.js for backend API development.

• Strong understanding of frontend web concepts and experience integrating with RESTful APIs.

• Proficiency with MongoDB and version control systems like Git.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a knack for designing scalable and efficient solutions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience collaborating with international clients.

• A proactive and self-driven individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with state management libraries in Flutter (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Riverpod).

• Familiarity with React or another modern frontend web framework.

• Experience with publishing applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
