We were pleased to attend the NASSCOM Agentic AI Confluence 2025 in Bengaluru recently. It was a highly impactful event that reinforced the value and direction of our efforts in the AI space. It was held at the Sheraton Grand in Whitefield and brought together a wide mix of people, not just those talking about what’s next in tech, but the ones who are actively building it.
The VT Netzwelt AI Team spent the day diving into workshops, conversations, sitting in on thoughtful sessions, and meetings.
NASSCOM Agentic AI Confluence 2025 wasn’t just another conference, it felt like a milestone in how the AI community talks about autonomy, trust, and real-world impact.
For those of us already building in this space, it was energizing to see the conversation shift from experiments to execution. The discussions were grounded, not theoretical, focused on orchestration layers, evaluation pipelines, and policy frameworks that make Agentic AI systems dependable at scale.
As a company that’s been implementing these principles for some time, we found the dialogue both validating and forward-looking. Many of the ideas we’ve built into our platform i.e. embedded evaluation, guardrails-as-code, human-in-the-loop oversight are now becoming the new standard for responsible AI deployment. It was encouraging to see the ecosystem catching up to where real adoption is happening.
If there was a common thread across the event, it was that Agentic AI has officially come of age and so has the thinking around how to use it responsibly.
We saw strong alignment around the principles we’ve always believed in:
For us, it wasn’t about learning something new, it was about seeing a broader industry validation of the discipline, rigor, and ethics we’ve been committed to from the start.
We’re excited to keep leading from a place of clarity and conviction building Agentic AI systems that perform reliably, scale effortlessly, and earn trust naturally.
Our focus now is on deepening what already works: strengthening our evaluation frameworks, extending orchestration across enterprise stacks, and collaborating with ecosystem partners to define interoperability standards for multi-agent systems.
The Confluence reaffirmed what’s been core to our philosophy all along: that meaningful AI innovation doesn’t come from chasing the next trend, but from designing with purpose, testing with integrity, and building for impact.
And as the Agentic era unfolds, we’re proud to be among the teams not just talking about it but quietly, steadily, delivering it.
If you’re working on similar problems, curious about what we’re exploring next, or just want to talk shop, we’re always happy to connect.
