We worked with the Kiteworks team on modernizing their processes by network integration of platforms and workflow automation. This includes digital infrastructure improvements, bringing consistency, speed and scalability to their entire global sales and marketing
Kiteworks needed someone to consolidate their fragmented systems, remove any manual processes and offer one, unified, and scalable platform that could cope with its massive growth and expansion worldwide. Our team stepped in to take the lead on the full implementation, including full solution design to execution.
We developed two-way syncing between Salesforce and HubSpot to unify data on lead lifecycle and campaign performance data. Refactoring and rebuilding legacy WordPress landing pages in HubSpot CMS that are too slow and difficult to track. To integrate Zoom Chat with landing pages, we built real-time integration with customer engagement and a custom N8N workflow integration to automate outbound campaigns. A customized LinkedIn campaign ROI tracking integration was also built to provide the marketing team with actionable and actionable attribution insights.
