Hyatt Regency, Chandigarh – January 30, 2025.
There are events that fill a calendar, and then there are events that leave a mark. TiECON Trail 2025 was firmly in the second category, an evening that gathered Chandigarh’s brightest minds, daring entrepreneurs, and passionate innovators, all under the theme “Thrive, Empower, Nurture.”
For us at VT Netzwelt, it wasn’t just another event, it was a celebration of where we come from, where we’re going, and the stories shaping that journey.
As the ballroom at the Hyatt Regency filled, the room settled into a focused, expectant mood. TiECON Trail 2025 gathered local founders, investors, and innovators not just to network, but to have real conversations about challenges, progress, and what’s possible for Chandigarh’s growing entrepreneurial scene.
One of the standout moments of the evening was the panel discussion,
“Thriving Local Stories Bringing Unstoppable Growth.” Expertly moderated by Kanika Raajdev, Founder of Mindcog, the panel featured some of the region’s most inspiring voices:
It wasn’t just a panel; it was a real conversation, honest, meaningful, and easy to connect with.
When Surender spoke, he didn’t offer clichés or polished soundbites. He offered experience.
“I have grown with the city, I have grown with the system... The challenges we had back then, we still have today. Connectivity is definitely a big issue... You cannot just plan things in a day.”
His words captured the duality many in the room felt such as pride in Chandigarh’s growth, and an awareness of the hurdles still ahead.
But what truly resonated was his call to ambition:
“Think big, set ambitious goals for ourselves, and not slip back into the comfort zone.”
In a world where it’s easy to play it safe, Surender’s message was a reminder that progress belongs to those willing to push boundaries, thoughtfully, boldly, and consistently.
For us at VT Netzwelt, being part of TiECON Trail 2025 wasn’t about putting our logo on a backdrop or adding another event to the calendar. It was about being part of a room full of people we admire, people we’ve grown alongside, learned from, and been inspired by over the years.
Seeing Surender on that stage reminded us of something simple but easy to forget: success isn’t just about how far you’ve gone; it’s about how much you stay connected to where you started. It’s about recognizing that the progress we’re proud of is intertwined with the progress of the community we’re part of.
That panel was a clear moment of perspective. Our growth as a company has never been just about us. It’s been about the region around us, the people building alongside us, and the belief that leadership means looking out for more than just your own path.
As the evening came to a close, the room didn’t empty all at once. Conversations carried on in small circles, people leaning in, exchanging thoughts, sharing ideas. And in those moments, it became clear: events like TiECON Trail 2025 matter not because they’re big, but because they create movement — a chance for people to meet, think together, and take something meaningful back to their work.
We left that night not just proud of what we shared, but thoughtful about what comes next. At VT Netzwelt, we’re committed to growing with intention — to pushing ourselves, staying grounded, and contributing to a community that’s been part of our journey from the start.
Here’s to pushing limits, together.
