Mahmayi, a leading wholesale distributor of office furniture and commercial safes, has a strong presence in the UAE, Africa, GCC, the Middle East, Russia, East Europe, and Central Asia. They faced challenges in streamlining operations and scaling their e-commerce business.

What We Did?

Mahmayi used multiple systems, leading to inefficiencies, manual processes, lack of integration, operational inefficiencies, limited technological infrastructure, and communication gaps, affecting collaboration and data sharing.

 

We developed two integrated apps for Mahmayi to boost efficiency. The Mahmayi Delivery App connects with the ERP system for accurate data entry and centralized order management, featuring user roles, detailed reporting, and alerts. The Mahmayi Driver App offers real-time schedule updates and an intuitive interface for drivers, streamlining their tasks and improving overall workflow.
