EJ Menswear, a leading retailer of men’s fashion in Ireland, has built a strong reputation for premium clothing, footwear, and accessories. Despite its success in the fashion retail industry, the company faced challenges with its outdated digital infrastructure, impacting user experience, site performance, and scalability. To stay competitive and support future growth, EJ Menswear needed a comprehensive platform upgrade to enhance security, streamline operations, and improve customer engagement.

What We Did?

EJ Menswear’s existing platform was outdated, which was affecting its growth potential and customer experience. Our team conducted an in-depth audit of the website and identified key areas for improvement. We proposed a complete digital overhaul by upgrading the platform to Magento 2.4.7 to enhance performance, security, and scalability.

 

We integrated features like a Progressive Web App (PWA) for a better mobile experience, optimized Core Web Vitals for faster load times, and implemented technical SEO enhancements to drive organic traffic. Additionally, we added functionalities like product bundling, personalized email marketing via Klaviyo, and improved the user journey with new features like gift cards and size guides. The AWS infrastructure was also optimized for better performance and reliability.
