Reema Health is a U.S.-based home healthcare company focused on building trusted relationships with individuals who face barriers to care. Their team connects people to health and social services through compassionate, community-rooted support. As their services expanded, Reema Health needed a mobile platform that could better support care teams in the field—enabling secure communication, centralized patient information, and more efficient task management.
With disconnected tools, limited visibility, and growing data security concerns, Reema Health required more than just an app—they needed a digital foundation to power real-time, responsive care.
Our team worked closely with Reema Health to design and develop a mobile-first platform that brought clarity and structure to their operations. We began by identifying core pain points: fragmented communication, lack of centralized patient oversight, workflow friction, and the need for secure access.
We designed a solution centered around four core modules—Authentication, Feed, Profile, and Members—each aligned with a specific operational challenge. The Feed unified real-time communication. Profile and Members made patient data actionable and organized. And with Auth0 integration, we ensured the platform met strict security standards. The result was a cohesive, scalable tool that aligned perfectly with Reema Health’s mission and day-to-day needs.
