ResMart is a renowned ecommerce platform that focuses on providing top-notch resins and resin-related products to customers online. Our client had an outdated Magento 1 platform integrated with legacy WebERP system which was causing a lot of performance and operational issues.
Our team of experts analyzed the client’s current website and understood their problems as well as requirements. To enhance the current platform, the ResMart platform needed a Magento migration and an ERP system enhancement for robust security and improved user experience.
We migrated their ecommerce platform from Magento 1 to Magento 2 and moved their current ERP platform to a new one i.e. Epicor Prophet 21. Along with this, we also upgraded their theme to Porto to make the platform visually attractive. After major enhancements, ResMart experienced an increase in users and a gradual increase in sales.
We introduced a new theme Porto for the ResMart ecommerce platform, which impacted the users and there was a significant rise in visitors.
The redesign of the ResMart platform was made user-centric with easy navigation reducing bounce rates.
After we integrated the new ERP system with the latest ecommerce platform, there were notable improvements in the operational efficiency.
The client was satisfied with the successful implementations and experienced an increase in sales resulting in a growth in ROI.
