Associate Sales Manager

Position Summary

Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers in the U.S., Canada,UK, Ireland, etc. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from establishing a customer contact till signing a deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service.

Functional Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute entire sales cycles (Lead generation, Conceptualization of solution, Stakeholder negotiations & Deal Closures).
  • Calling potential international clients and driving them to successful conversion.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients for selling services.
  • Connecting and expanding networks with potential clients directly or indirectly via social media, approaching strategically to new clusters of clients avenues.
  • Preparing and hitting monthly and quarterly targets
  • Planning and coordinating with the internal teams for new campaigning initiatives.
  • Representing the firm in various networking events.
  • Seeking and participating in RFPs for medium to large scale institutions.
  • Staying attuned with local & international industry trends.
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new services and features), weekly reporting to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience handling International clients (The U.S., Canada, UK, Ireland, etc.) – – -MBA/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in selling IT software development ( majorly Ecommerce – Magento, Shopify,Woocommerce, Salesforce, wordpress etc )
  • Flexible to work in various time zones as per work requirements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
  • Very good in Oral and written English communication skills
  • Experience of working with HubSpot
