Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Digital Content Writer who is responsible for executing all written deliverables. The Senior Digital Content Writer will produce a wide range of content and copy, from strategy document, Social Media content, buyer personas, and positioning statements to blog posts, case studies, ebooks, white papers, webinar decks, landing pages, website copy, email copy, sales collateral and more.

Essentials Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive IT services content strategies that encompass various digital platforms aligned with brand principles
  • Create high-quality and engaging content, including website landing page, articles, blog posts, social media content, videos, infographics, and more.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that content aligns with overarching brand and communication goals.
  • Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to the company’s tone and voice.
  • Apply your expertise in mass communication to develop compelling narratives and messaging strategies that resonate with target audiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and content consumption habits to ensure that our content remains relevant and appealing on digital platforms.
  • Leverage SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and enhance discoverability.
  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, and other team members to create visually appealing and impactful content.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar to maintain a consistent publishing social media schedule.
  • Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging communication technologies to identify new opportunities for engagement.
  • Assist in crafting and disseminating press releases and other mass communication materials.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.

Required Skill Set and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience as a copywriter in an IT agency or similar environment.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of writing samples across different mediums and industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for advertising, marketing, and storytelling
