Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The SDR will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying potential customers, generating leads, and initiating outbound sales activities. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The SDR will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and online research.
  • Qualify leads and conduct initial outreach to assess their interest and suitability for our products/services.
  • Call potential clients in SMB to Mid-market segments across North America and Europe, and
  • generate qualified leads based on our services offerings
  • Manage outbound campaigns effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement outbound sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and quotas.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions using Hubspot CRM
  • Nurture and develop relationships with prospects, build rapport, and follow up on leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Participate in sales meetings, team training, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Required Skill Set and Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in selling IT and software services in the international market.
  • Self-motivated and target driven approach.
  • Goal oriented, consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to identify the right target audience and approach them.
  • Must be willing to work in US /UK time zones.
