Position Summary
The AVP of Sales and Marketing will spearhead the company’s growth initiatives by adeptly managing and synchronising all revenue-generating and brand-building functions, spanning sales, marketing, and pre-sales activities across international market segments
Key Responsibilities
Unified Sales and Marketing Leadership:
- Cultivate a collaborative environment between the sales and marketing teams to ensurealignment in strategies and goals.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that enhances brand visibility and fuels revenue generation.
Strategic Sales Management:
- Implement sales strategies to achieve short and long-term sales revenue objectives.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve optimal performance and achieve revenue Targets.
Marketing Strategy and Implementation:
- Lead the marketing team to establish and execute effective marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
- Enhance brand positioning through effective marketing and PR strategies and maintain clear and impactful communication of the unique value propositions of VT Netzwelt’s offerings.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Design and implement potent lead generation and nurturing strategies, utilising an optimal mix of traditional and digital channels.
- Supervise the optimization of the lead conversion processes, ensuring a seamless transition from marketing to sales engagements.
Market Analysis and Segmentation:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and understand customer needs and preferences.
- Develop market segmentation and product positioning strategies to target opportunities Effectively.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Leverage data analytics and insights to inform strategies, measure ROI, and optimise future marketing and sales initiatives.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Ensure coherent brand and product communication with stakeholders through adept management of various communication channels.
- Drive PR efforts to manage corporate reputation and enhance brand visibility and credibility in the market.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: At least ten years in sales, with at least five years in a leadership role, preferably in the IT/software development sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of software development, mobile and web applications, e-commerce, and related technologies.
- Global Sales Experience: Proven track record in global B2B sales, especially in the IT domain.
