Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. Job Role:
The ideal candidate will work closely with our Sales and Delivery teams to grow our eCommerce division. The role involves selling software development services for Adobe Commerce (Magento) platform . Seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers in the US, Europe, Australia and Middle East . Responsible for the entire sales cycle from establishing a customer contact till signing a deal and ensuring proper after-sales service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Functional responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute entire sales cycles for eCommerce clients (Lead generation, Conceptualization of solution, Stakeholder negotiations & Deal Closures)
    • Calling potential international clients and drive them to successful conversion
    • Follow up with prospective and existing clients for selling services
    • Connecting and expanding networks with potential clients directly or indirectly via social media, approaching strategically to new clusters of clients avenues.
  • Preparing and hitting monthly and quarterly targets
  • Planning and coordinating with the internal teams for new campaigning initiatives.
  • Representing the firm in various networking events.
  • Seeking and participating in RFPs for medium to large scale institutions.
  • Staying attuned with local & international industry trends.
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new services and features)
  • Weekly reporting to management.

Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive experiencing handling International clients (US, Europe, Australia and Middle East)
  • MBA/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience in selling eCommerce software development services, preferably Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce (Magento)
  • Experience in selling services for other eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Salesforce, WooCommerce, etc. will be a plus
  • Flexible to work in various time zones as per work requirements
  • Good knowledge in area of technical specialty in web applications, mobile applications and E-Commerce projects
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
  • Very good in Oral and written English communication skills, minimum 3 ratings on scale of 1 to 5
